Great place, I loved exceptionally nice personnel.

I ate at a NICE restaurant for breakfast. It was in a great location with Barrio de Las Letras nearby.

Marvellous and incredible location in a great area close to the nearest metro station, restaurants and bars, and Puerta del Sol. Very welcoming and pleasant staff with smiles.

They attacked us and yelled at us when we arrived. they claimed we had not booked a room for two although we did. We were forced to pay extra and then they were nice but the service was not good. They cleaned our room once in 4 days.

Very close to everything I wanted to visit - primarily the art museums. Expected noise at night but it wasn't really a problem at all - hostel is high up and on a side street. Close to cafes and bars. I definitely recommend this hostel and would return again if in Madrid.

Very small room - but given the low price, that is to be expected.

Almost everything was perfect. Ideal location near all museums, city center, Sol, metro station (Anton Martin) and Atocha railway station, very nice vivid street with lots of cafes and restorants. The room was very clean, nice, good looking and convenient. Despite it was very small (I was even suggested to change this room for the larger one) I liked it very much and did not want any other. It was very convenient and contained everything I needed. There was a bath in a bathroom and an airconditioner in the room. The stuff was very friendly also. I liked this place very much.

It can be important for someome. It is the third floor (ground-first-second) without an elevator.

The location is fantastic, right in the

Heart of the Letras neighborhood, filled with vibrant shops and cafes. Our corner room offered beautiful views with two balconies, though the compact size and lack of a blanket made it less comfortable during the night.

Location

There´s no AC at night and we couldn´t sleep because it was too hot. When I complained they gave us a small portable ventilator and it was OK then. The beds are quite hard.

The corner room with two balconies provided a lovely view of the chic Letras neighborhood, making our stay nice. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to major sites and Atocha train station easily.

Very good location and very nice rooms. My single room had a balcony and a fully equipped bath room as well as a flat tv.

The wireless lan reception in my room was rather weak.

Had perfectly pleasant stay even for one night, the staff were very friendly, location was excellent to the nice cafe for a morning breakfast. Loved the guest room with private bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The cost was £ 49.

The staff were not very welcoming, felt like I was being told of for wanting to have agood break, you can not have visitors and actually got shouted and had to pay 15 euros for having a friend over.

loved the room with private bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. location: the hotel was short walk to easy to find, all the major attractions, and the prado museum in the city centre. the lunch in taberna el sur around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the property had every choice imaginable.

Very central location easy walk to galleries and loads of cafes and shops. Silent. Very clean. Fresh towels each day. Warm and comfortable for me as a solo traveller. Excellent value for little money.
